Returns

Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a restocking & processing fee of $4.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
1. The item(s) have been worn
2. The item(s) have been washed
3. The item(s) have been altered
4. The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
5. The item(s) were a Final Sale item
6. The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition
Our policy lasts 24 days from when the order is received. If 24 days have gone by since your purchase has been received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, (you are provided a packing slip with every order).

NOTE: You will not be covered for shipping costs on any returns for orders that have multiple sizes of the same item.

Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@fashionoutletnyc.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Store Credit

Store Credit can only be used online at our website, fashionoutletnyc.com. Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected “Store Credit” as the refund method. Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards or any item available in the store. Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.Store credit never expires. Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.

Warranty

At Fashion Outlet NYC, our priority is quality. If your FONYC product you receive is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
